Based on early childhood development, our main focus is on body awareness and the fundamentals of movement.
Examples Include:
- Jumping
- Hopping on one foot
- Skipping
- Learning right from left
- Traveling (forward, backward, up, down, side to side)
Gaining strength and confidence in preparation for the primary level is achieved through good attendance. 1 hour weekly course.
